 | Shed That Weight Challenge: Did you pack on some Holiday weight? Have you been making weight loss your resolution year after year but not seeing any results. The Wanderers may be your answer. We continue with the Shed That Weight Challenge every Saturday from 3pm. Over 20 Participants took part in the initial weigh-in and will work out with the Wandies each week and let our trainers motivate and educate them on ways to achieve their goals. It's never too late to join in the fun. Come to any of the training sessions and start your journey back to physical excellence. |
